Constant WiFi issues
Since I have had this phone, it constantly disconnects from my wifi networks. It pops up a message that "Internet may not be available" even when other devices are connected. I have to turn the wifi of and on manually each time. If you look at the Samsung product forum, this has been happening for years and still has not been corrected. Customer Support has not been able to fix it. Also the SD card has a tendency to be unmounted in the phone and you have to eject the SD card and SIM card seSee more

For the price the phone. You really can't go wrong. Like I said it's a plain jane but the internal workings is very good you have a 8 core system in the phone which is very good for a phone with non-removable battery is that bad I I prefer a phone with removable battery. They are getting hard to find. This phone should have a fairly Good life span. It's been a nice working phone I would recommend if you are on a tight budget this is a good phone to fit in

Great price, too slow, no memory

My S6 died and I had no budget for a new phone, and picked up the J7 for almost nothing. The problems are that the processor is too slow and there is not enough internal memory. First, the processor. I've missed calls because the J7 won't switch from another app to phone mode to allow me to answer! The phone is a bad telephone! Second, there isn't enough internal memory to store enough apps.
