Perfect tool for productivity and communication.
Able to use productively. The S Pen is very useful for notes on the go. The camera is excellent for taking high quality pictures and snap shots of paperwork, etc. Fast processing and fast mobile speeds as well. I will be using this phone for years to come.
Gaming on this phone is also superb. Pretty close to the Razer Phone 2 I used before.
All in all an excellent phone. Very useful apps for productivity and work. Efficient battery life for all day use. Fun mobile gaming phone for down-timSee more

No sound when receiving on Text messaging
I thought I would upgrade to the new SG Note 10+ 5G. Well I am on my 2nd phone in 4 days and it still does not work right. There is no auditable sound or vibration when I receive a text message. It is obviously a software issue that just needs a push updaye to fix.

I love my new phone! It's everything and more that i imagined with all the new features!
The AT&T online ordering system was easy and fast. The team member that came to my home to deliver my phone and assist with setup was very knowledgeable and brought accessories for me to look at.

Best late purchase ever

Little late getting this phone to be exact it's been 6 years but I've always wanted one of these I downgraded from a note 20 to a note 10 and I have to say even though the Note 10 is older and only runs on Android 12 compared to the note 20 that ran on Android 13 I find the Note 10 is so much better than the note 20 the note 20 was so buggy half the time when I tried to share a photo the phone was just freeze up and be very unresponsive and even certain things including some programs I needed for school didn't work and would do the exact same thing I don't have a problem with that on the Note 10 I have had issues with the S-Pen having poor battery life but In fairness I don't really use that feature that often anyways occasionally I do draw there's so much more I could talk about this phone that I love but this is just a phone that I've always wanted in general and it's basically a dream phone for me mine is not actually a 5G model

Long time android user went from pixel to Samsung note 10 plus. What a mistake. First phone wouldn’t get text messages and had issues sent back got second phone and it has never worked quite right. Loved pixel in that it used android things. Samsung wants you to sign up for Samsung pay, Samsung messaging etc. bottom line for first time in life getting iPhone because can’t stand all the Samsung games and figure if I have to deal with this might as well try eco system that people say works. Will never buy another Samsung phone

I sent the phone back ASAP. I assumed that that I was purchasing a brand new phone, however this was not the case. I received the phone and the seal of the box had been opened with finger prints all over the phone and I inspected it closer and the S pen and it the phone appears to be a used phone. For the price, I was charged, NO THANK YOU! Been with AT&T too many years and have never had this happen . Have 4 members on a family plan, may have to look for another carrier. Gave it 2 stars because it arrived promptly, just was not satisfied with the quality of the product.
