- To access email settings, from the Start screen, tap the Mail icon.

- Swipe from the right edge of the screen in to access the Charm bar, and then tap the Settings icon.

- Tap Accounts.

- Tap the Desired email account.

- Scroll to, then tap the account options as desired.
Note: The options may vary, depending on account type.
- To edit incoming and outgoing email server options, tap incoming and outgoing server and edit the desired information.

- To add an email signature, tap the Signature field.

- Enter the Desired signature.

- To delete an email account, tap Remove account.

- Select the Desired options to either delete from all synced PCs or from the current device.

- To add an email account, from the Mail Settings menu, tap Accounts.

- Tap Add an account.

- Tap Desired account type.
Note: For this demonstration, Google was used.
- Enter your Account information.

- Tap Sign in.

- Tap Accept to successfully add the account.

- To toggle between two email accounts, from the Email app, tap the Desired account.

- The Desired account will display.
