Rollover Data is a benefit in which monthly unused high-speed data from your plan allowance carries over for one 30-day renewal period when your plan renews on time. Rollover Data is consumed after your plan data and any package data. If you use all of your plan's high-speed data allowance and all package data and Rollover Data, your data speeds will be slowed to a maximum of 128Kbps for the remainder of the 30-day term.

New and current customers on our $45 and $60 monthly plans automatically receive Rollover Data.

 

You can view your data balance online (att.com/mygophone) or with the myAT&T app (available in your device’s app store). Your Rollover Data is included in your plan data allowance on your Account Summary page. The amount of your Rollover Data is the difference between your plan data allowance and the amount of data displayed on the Account Summary page.

Nothing! It’s an added benefit with $45 and $60 monthly plans. It's our way of letting you know how much we appreciate you.

Once you exceed any package and monthly plan high-speed data allowance, you’ll automatically start using your available Rollover Data. If all package, monthly plan, and Rollover Data is used, you can continue using reduced data speeds of up to 128Kbps for the rest of your 30-day term. Actual speeds vary by device and location. Additional high-speed data can be added by purchasing a package.

Unused Rollover Data automatically expires after one renewal period, if your account is canceled, or with any plan change (such as changing data amounts or balance expiration). Customers who do not renew on time are not eligible for Rollover Data.

Packages

Packages of data can be added after your plan is activated. Go to att.com/mygophone to add a package.

Packages for monthly plans are good for 30 days as long as your GoPhone account balance has not expired. The monthly package balance rolls over if you renew it before the package expiration date. Daily packages expire at midnight CT the day after purchase. Standard rates apply if the package is not renewed. Your rate plan must be active when purchasing or renewing a package.

Data packages

Data packages can be added to many of our plans. Current customers can log in to purchase data packages.

Data packages are available for smartphones and basic & messaging phones unless otherwise noted.

If you are on a monthly plan that has a data allotment and want to add a data package, the data in your package will be used first, before any data allowance remaining in your plan. We recommend that you use most or all of the data allowance included in your plan before adding a data package.

Most GoPhone plans include unlimited messaging. If you are on the 25¢ per minute plan, you may want to add a package with text, picture, and video messaging.

International long distance calling

GoPhone monthly plans include calls from the U.S. to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and Mariana Islands. With GoPhone service, you can call from the U.S. to over 225 countries worldwide at pay-per-minute rates. Add an international calling package to get reduced per-minute calling rates.

Customers on $45 and $60 Plans:

  • $15 Latin America/Caribbean
    Reduced per-minute rates from the U.S. to landlines & mobiles in 45 countries across Latin America & the Caribbean. Applicable per-minute calling rates extra. If your Monthly plan includes unlimited calling to Mexico and you add the Latin America/Caribbean package, calls to Mexico will not be charged at per-minute rates.
  • $15 East Asia/India
    Unlimited calls from the U.S. to landlines & mobiles in China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore & South Korea plus reduced rates to 30 other countries in East Asia. Applicable per-minute calling rates extra.
  • $10 International Plus
    Get 1,000 minutes of calling per month from the U.S. to Mexico, plus calls to landlines in over 50 countries. Limit of 2 packages within a 30-day period.
  • $5 Dominican Republic
    Unlimited calls to landlines and $0.10-per-minute calls to mobile numbers when dialing from the U.S. to the Dominican Republic. Applicable per-minute calling rates extra. Standard rates apply if package is not renewed after 30 days.

Customers on any phone plan:

  • $5 International
    Get 250 minutes of calling per month to landlines in over 50 countries.
Packages for monthly and annual plans are good for 30 days, and packages for weekly plans are good for 7 days as long as your account balance has not expired. Your rate plan must be active at the time of purchase or renewal of package. Package balances roll over if renewed before the package expiration date. Unlimited packages and the East Asia/India, Latin America/Caribbean, and Dominican Republic packages do not roll over. Standard rates apply if package is not renewed after 30 days.
