Wireless Home Phone and Internet (“WHPI”) is a Commercial Mobile Radio Svc and a mobile broadband Internet access svc. It is mobile and may be used in the US w/home phone equip., computers & other Wi-Fi-compatible devices. WHPI device (“Home Base”) req. If you are using a Wireless Home Internet Plan w/out a Home Base on the account or you do not have all req. elements of the plan, AT&T may place the non-complying device(s) on the appropriate plan(s). Early Termination Fee: After 14 days, up to $150. For emergency calls, provide your location address to 911 operator. Home Base has backup battery to operate during power outage. However, a cordless phone connected to the Home Base will not operate (including calls to 911) during power outage. To use backup battery power, you must plug a corded phone into the Home Base. Corded or other landline home phone equip. and internet-capable devices not incl. Provides voice & wireless data svc. Not compatible w/wireless messaging svcs, security systems, fax services, med. alert & monitoring systems, credit card machines, IP/PBX Phone systems, or dial-up Internet svc. May not be compatible with DVR/Satellite systems, please check with your provider. DSL customers should contact their provider before transferring a phone number to ensure uninterrupted DSL internet service. Home Base is free w/ new 2-year contract. Qual. voice & data plan & activation fee ($45) req. Voice: $20.00/mo plan for unlimited nationwide calling. Data: Up to 11 devices per plan (up to 10 via Wi-Fi and 1 via Ethernet port). $40/mo for 25 GB Wireless Home Internet Plan. $80/mo. for 50 GB Wireless Home Internet Plan – Overage: $10/1 GB for additional data. WHPI can also be added to other select plans. Video Streaming: The plan includes Stream Saver which allows you to save data on content it recognizes as video by streaming higher definition video in Standard Definition quality (about 480p) on compatible devices (unless the video provider has opted out). AT&T will turn the feature on for you. Check your account online to see if the feature is on. Once on, you can turn it off or back on at any time online at att.com/myatt. Stream Saver will not recognize all video content. Ability to stream and video resolution may vary, and be affected by other factors. Restrictions apply. See att.com/streamsaver for details. Overage & Data Speeds in select plans: If you exceed the amount of data in your qualified/select plan or other allotments during your billing period, overage charges (up to $15 per 1 GB) and/or data speed reduction of up to 128 kbps (2G speeds) applies in accordance with the terms of your plan. If your data speed is slowed, all your data use, including audio and video streaming, picture and video messaging, as well as other data use, will be impacted and may not work.
