If you’ve recently ordered a device online from AT&T, you might be wondering when you can expect to receive it. The good news is that it’s very easy to track your AT&T order. Read on to learn how to track your order and when you should expect to receive it.

How to track a current or past AT&T order

 

It’s easy to keep up with your order! Just choose the option that works best for you.
 

Keep in mind, if you preordered a device, it will ship in the order it was received. Devices that are back-ordered will ship as soon as they’re available.

How long will it take AT&T to deliver my device?
 

When you order a device online, you can choose how you want to get it. You can have your new device shipped to your home, or you can check to see if it’s available to pick up at your local AT&T store.

If you choose to have your order shipped to you, there are generally three shipping options:
 

  • Ground shipping: Arrives in 3 - 5 business days.
  • Two-day shipping: Arrives in 2 - 3 business days.
  • Next-day shipping: Arrives in 1 - 2 business days.
     

If you choose to pick up your device at an AT&T store, follow these instructions:
 

  1. Shop smartphones and choose a new device or accessory. 
  2. Select Check in-store availability to make sure you can pick it up.
  3. Confirm or enter the ZIP Code for the store where you’d like to pick up the order. 
  4. Choose your preferred store location.
  5. Follow the prompts to check out and submit your order.
     

After you order, wait for an email from us before going to the store. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Think your wireless device was lost during shipping?

If you think your device was lost during shipping, don’t worry. First, double check for a delivery notice and look in all the usual delivery spots. If you still can’t find your device, just submit a ticket to request a refund. We’re here to make it right.
