  • When does the 14-day return period begin?
    The 14-day return period begins the day after your AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device ships.
  • How do I return it?
    If you are within the 14-day return period, you can ship the AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device to us with a prepaid return shipping label. To request a return shipping label, contact us at 1.800.331.0500. Restocking fees may apply.

    Your return must include the: 1.) AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device with no physical damage (outside of normal wear and tear) or liquid damage; 2.) accessories packaged with the AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device (if included with device); 3.) invoice; and 4.) original AT&T packaging.   • What about my refund?
    We'll refund your money the same way you paid. Restocking fees may reduce the amount refunded for the return of the AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device.
