Your return must include the: 1.) AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device with no physical damage (outside of normal wear and tear) or liquid damage; 2.) accessories packaged with the AT&T Certified Pre-Owned device (if included with device); 3.) invoice; and 4.) original AT&T packaging.
