Bad connection
Cord doesn’t work I have to keep plugging and unplugging the phone because it keep loosing connection I think one of the ends are bad

Why not to choose UPS for deliveries

I never knew what product was like . The delivery was with UPS and that was terrible. I couldn’t get my package because the sender required that there be a signature and because my intercom didn’t work they would just come and leave a note everyday Untill it was time to ship it back to sender because oh yeah I cause pick it either . Senders notes .

While this cable is fully capable of delivering power safely, achieving fast charging speeds depends heavily on your power source. To get a high speed charge, you also need a wall charger block that is high speed charging capable. If your wall adapter has a low wattage output, your device will charge slowly regardless of the cable you use.
If you would like help finding a compatible fast charging wall block, please contact us or visit your local AT&T store. We would be more than happy to help you find the right setup to get your phone charging quickly.
