AT&T Fiber Installation
I've been an AT&T Fiber customer for many years and have always had great service. Just installed new service at a new residence. My installer, Vito, was phenomenal. He was pleasant, efficient and thorough.

Terrible customer service
I signed up to have AT&T home internet. I took a half day off of work to meet the technician. The technician texted he was on his way, would arrive in 30 minutes. He never arrived. At the moment he was supposed to arrive, I saw his truck drive up and I got a text my appointment was canceled, and he drove away. I immediately called him since we had been texting I assumed he’d pick up. He didn’t answer and he stopped responding to my texts as soon as he drove away. No explanation. So I waisted a h...see more

Steer clear, AT&T will waste your time and money
My experience with AT&T has been absolutely horrendous. This communications company has a serious problem with their communications, which would be funny if it wasn't so sad. I moved my service to a new address had problems every step of the way, never got clear status updates, and long story short it took over a week longer to setup my internet than it was supposed to and wasted 2 days of my time when I had to stay home from work to deal with this nightmare of a company. Low Cost Doesn’t Make Up for the Unreliable Signal
The AT&T All-Fi Home Internet is affordable and I appreciate the discount since I already have a line with AT&T. Setup was simple and the device itself is easy to use. However, the performance in my area hasn’t been consistent. The signal drops randomly and the speeds slow down whenever I’m watching TV, gaming, or using multiple devices. Excellent Fiber install and wonderful service! My new 5,000 Mbps download and upload speeds are amazing and the service is very stable. I've been doing 100% streaming for 8 years now and this service is the best yet.
