We are sorry to hear that your new earbuds will not turn on. There is nothing more frustrating than opening a brand-new product only to find out it does not work right out of the box. This is definitely not the high-quality experience we want you to have with our products. Please send us a direct message with your order details so our team can help you with a quick warranty exchange and get you a working pair.
