Remove AT&T Messages and cloud storage

To stop storing your text and picture messages online, remove AT&T Messages Backup & Sync from your myAT&T account.

DETAILED STEPS
From the myAT&T app
  1. Go to your account overview and open the My wireless section.
  2. Scroll to Manage device & add-ons and choose the device you want to manage.
  3. Choose Manage device & features and select Get or manage add-ons (under Manage my devices).
  4. Find Messages Backup & Sync, then select Remove.

From myAT&T
  • Go to your account overview and open the My wireless section.
  • Scroll to Get or manage add-ons and select Let’s go. If you have more than one device, choose the device you want to remove Messages Backup & Sync from.
  • Find Messages Backup & Sync, select See details, and then select Remove.
  • Repeat these steps to remove Messages Backup & Sync from another device.
