Nice
A big step up from the Buds2. No more accidentally pausing your media or skipping ahead etc. Sound quality is great.

Horrible fit
The good sound coming from the ear buds depends very much on how it fits your ear and these are the worst fitting ear buds ever, these just hang down on the u of the ear with no way to adjust them, no additional pads or anything to assist with it fitting correctly in your ear which effects 92.5% quality of the sound. Again I bought a product from a company that knows we will pay for products that suck and doesn't include the additional pieces anymore because they know they will sell anyway just See more

Unusable for calls
Basically unusable in calls due to the DNN that cannot be turned off. If you are not speaking in full, loud voice it will be filtered out. The function would be OK if it was possible to turn it off. With the current setup, my old earphones were way better and I will have to return these
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Comfort and Transparency Mode
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Buds 4 Pro, Sony WF-1000XM6, and Google Pixel Buds Pro 2. Of all of them, I chose the Buds 4 Pro due to its best mix of natural transparency mode, good sound quality, and comfort. Also to note, I have a Pixel 8 Pro so I commend Samsung for making earbuds that can work well on any Android phone (yes, there are some missing features that I would have if I had a Samsung phone, but I think it's negligible). Will definitely consider another pair of earbuds from Samsung when these finally give up in a couple of years.
