Step 1: Get approved for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal program created as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. This program can help qualified households pay for connectivity services such as internet and wireless plans with data. The program extended and modified the more temporary Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB). Customers who qualify can receive up to $30/mo. off eligible services (or up to $75/mo. on Tribal Lands). To see if you are qualified to participate in the ACP and apply for benefits, check the federal government’s National Verifier.
A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines , or if a member of the household meets at least one of the following criteria:
Participates in one of these assistance programs:
Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
Participates in one of these assistance programs and lives on Qualifying Tribal lands

Step 3: Enjoy your free internet service
Once you’re approved for the ACP, you’re eligible for free internet on plans up to 100Mbps.
The Internet 100 plan is great for streaming videos in HD, online gaming, and sharing large files. Learn more about the internet plans available from AT&T. Keep in mind, choosing an internet plan is subject to availability at your address. Not all speeds available in all areas.
