Try using your provider’s suggested settings to send and receive email on your smartphone or tablet. To set up your mobile email app for non-AT&T email accounts:
  • Select the Other option.
  • Try using your full email address as your user name.
  • Enter the appropriate email app settings when prompted.
  • Talk your email provider if these settings don’t work, or if you need more info.
