In-Call Options
Learn what features are available while on an active call.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- ACCESS KEYPAD, MUTE, OR ADD A CALL: While on an active call, select the desired icon. Select the Keypad icon to show or hide the keypad. Select the Mute icon to mute or unmute calls. Select the Add call icon to add a call.
Note: To make or receive calls from your tablet you must update your device to the most current software version and set up NumberSyncTM.
- HOLD/RESUME CALL: Select the Hold icon.
- To take a call off of hold, select Resume call.
- To return to the home screen, press the Home button.
- RETURN TO AN ACTIVE CALL: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Active call.
- ADD A CALL: Select the Add call icon.
- Enter the desired number, then select the Call icon.Â
- Adding a call will place the original call on hold. To merge the two calls, select the Merge call icon.
- END A CALL: On a conference call, select the Drop-down arrow.Â
- Select the Drop call icon next to the desired number. To end an entire call, select the End call icon.
- ACCESS ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Select the Menu icon, then select the desired option.
