1AT&T Mobile Protection Pack: Includes AT&T Mobile Insurance, ProTech support, the ProTech℠ app and the Photo Storage℠ app. Must enroll within 30 days of new activation or device upgrade unless currently enrolled in Mobile Insurance or Multi-Device Protection Pack. Monthly charges of $11.99 per enrolled number billed directly to your wireless account. Cancel any time. Requires eligible device with active AT&T wireless plan (excluding AT&T PREPAID®) in good working condition at enrollment. Deductibles: Standard deductibles apply and are billed to your account. Declining deductibles may apply based on eligibility. Coverage: Coverage for loss, theft, accidental physical or liquid damage, and mechanical or electrical malfunction after expiration of manufacturer warranty period. Claim limits: Two claims within any consecutive 12-month period. Maximum value of $1,500 per occurrence. Claims may be fulfilled with new or AT&T Certified Restored equipment of the same or other models of like kind and quality. 3Claims received before 6 p.m. ET can be shipped as soon as next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands can't be shipped for next-day delivery. Non-connected devices (applies to Multi-Device Protection Pack only) are shipped within approximately 3-5 business days from the date Asurion receives the device.
4Screen repair: $89 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select markets. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for screen repair. Go to att.com/protectioncenter to check current eligibility. Same day repair option depends upon claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty from Asurion. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts and may void the manufacturer warranty. Declining deductibles don't apply to screen repair. Selecting the screen repair option won't impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Some colors of eligible devices are not covered. Eligible devices and available areas are both subject to change at any time.
5A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. Continuously enrolled customers who go claim free for 6-12 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible; and at 12 consecutive months or more save 50% off the standard deductible.
